TOKUJIN YOSHIOKA

Born in Japan in 1967, Tokujin Yoshioka studied with Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake before opening his own studio in Tokyo in 2000. He designed stores for Issey Miyake and A-POC and the Issey Miyake Making Things exhibition for the Cartier Foundation in Paris. He has received numerous awards and his creations are on display in the most prestigious museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Pompidou Centre in Paris, the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein and London’s Victoria & Albert Museum. He designed the Mirage mirror for Lema in 2013.
