Designer and architect, Carlo Colombo graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1993, beginning a professional journey that integrates design, industrial product marketing, graphic design, and exhibition setups. Over the years, he has collaborated with leading names in the contemporary design scene, earning prestigious international awards, including Designer of the Year (2004), the Red Dot Design Award, and the Elle Decor International Design Award. In 2013, together with Paolo Colombo, he founded the A++ studio in Lugano, specializing in large-scale architecture and interior design projects, with offices in Zurich, New York, Miami, and Dubai. Since 2025, the A++ studio has taken on the artistic direction of LEMA, initiating a new design era based on an integrated and contemporary vision of the brand. His works have been exhibited in major galleries and international museums, including the Weserburg Museum of Modern Art in Bremen, the Museum für Angewandte Kunst Köln, the Triennale di Milano, and MARCA – Museum of Arts of Catanzaro.

Yael Mer and Shay Alkalay were born in Tel Aviv and studied at the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design in Jerusalem before moving to London, where after graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2006 they founded Raw Edges Design Studio. Their works, which include self-produced limited editions and installations, are part of the permanent collections at MoMA in New York and other museums around the world. They have received major awards such as the British Council Talented Award, iF Gold Award, Dutch Design Award, Wallpaper* Design Award 2009, Elle Decoration International Design Award, Designer of the Future Award 2009 from Design Miami/Basel, and the Best Design Award 2012 from Architektur und Wohnen. Gabriele Rigamonti, Carla Scorda, and Vittorio Turla founded Studiocharlie in 2002. Together, they design functional objects that are capable of surprising with their essential nature, revealing a profound design philosophy beyond the apparent formal simplicity. They were honored for their projects in 2004 with an Honorable Mention at the 20th Compasso d’Oro ADI and with the Compasso d’Oro ADI 2018. For Lema, they created the Conchiglia sideboard in 2011.

After studying with Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake, in 2000 he opened his studio in Tokyo. He designed projects for Issey Miyake and A-POC stores, as well as the installation titled Issey Miyake Making Things for the Cartier Foundation in Paris. He has received numerous awards and some of his creations are displayed in the permanent collections of the world's most prestigious museums: the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Vitra Design Museum, and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. For Lema, he designed the Mirage mirror in 2013.

Ximi Li earned a Master's degree in Furniture Design from the Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the China Academy of Art. Before founding Ximi Li Design, he worked with renowned designers Andrea Branzi and Luca Trazzi in Italy, developing a unique style aimed at exploring the synthesis between Italian and Chinese cultures. Since 2017, Ximi Li Design Studio has sought to explore cultural elements from around the world, reflecting on their historical roots with the intent to communicate them through rigorous and creative design languages. The Shanghai-based studio is active in furniture design, interior design, and creative direction. In 2019, Ximi was named "Rising Talents China" by Maison & Object. In the same year, he was recognized as one of the prominent "40 under 40" designers shaping Hong Kong and Greater China by Perspective Magazine, and as one of the future leaders of the "Generation T 100" by Tatler. Since 2021, Ximi Li has been teaching creative design courses at the China Academy of Art.
