Romers hotel in Baden Baden wins the German Design Award 2018
Little more than a year since its opening, a highly esteemed award celebrates the design and refined style of the Roomers Hotel in Baden-Baden, Germany. The German Design Award is a prestigious title given by the German Design Council which, since 2012, has awarded the most innovative products and projects in the international design landscape.
The award is a source of pride for LEMA as one of the key organisations involved in the new luxury design hotel. The project was developed by Langestrasse 100 and designed by Lissoni Architettura with KHP Architekten in beautiful Baden-Baden, a city of art and international fame, surrounded by the hills of the Black Forest.
LEMA’s Contract division curated, designed and realized the exclusive fixtures and furniture of the hotel’s 130 rooms and suites, providing doors, boiserie or wooden panelling, TV wall units, beds with integrated night-stand sets, walk-in-closets, wardrobes, ornamental lighting, curtains and parquet flooring.
The prize also awards LEMA’s reliability, as one of the Made in Italy worldwide key-players. Through the Contract division LEMA offers itself as a strategic partner for important supplies concerning multi-apartment, hotellerie and any other project expressions. This is achievable thanks to the masterful work of a highly-specialised team of professionals, collaborating with architects and designers, to offer the best custom-made solutions in aesthetic and functional terms.
