Lema Corner shop: a new home in Lyon with Pagina 27
Guest of honour at the opening night: David Lopez Quincoces.
The new Corner Shop Pagina 27 has officially opened in Lyon on June 27th together with Claudia Rizza and Dario Dalgo, well-known local retailers. The new strategic opening for the development of the French market is housed inside an elegant building completely restored by Wilmotte & Associés in the heart of the charming and bourgeois district of Ainay on the Presqu’ile peninsula, Unesco heritage site since 1999, in the historic centre of Lyon, third French city by number of inhabitants.
With a 270 sqm surface and large windows, the new corner shop describes Lema’s home concept through a wide selection of the collection: from the modular systems by Officinadesign Lema, Selecta and Armadio al Centimetro to the walk-in closet Hangar by Piero Lissoni; from the Yard sofa and Shade table by Francesco Rota to the Bulè table by Chiara Andreatti; to the Fantino armchairs by Gordon Guillaumier and Lady Jane by Christophe Pillet.
The undisputed protagonist of this new tale is Lema’s lifestyle and its sophisticated and contemporary approach to living. To evoke the concept of history, the name chosen by the local dealer who with Lema has chosen to inaugurate a new chapter, precisely a new “Page” while 27 reminds us of the street number of the address, already a reference point in the city for design.
To celebrate the new opening an event dedicated to the new LT40 modular storage system by David Lopez Quincoces who has introduced this new important project and the close link with Lema for which he has signed numerous pieces in recent years, including the Alton armchair, the Alamo table and the Kyn, Seryasse and Warm cabinets.
