LEMA UK has supplied the tailor-made furniture and wardrobes for the luxury residential building 20 Grosvenor Square managed by Four Seasons Residences in the heart of Mayfair in Central London.
LEMA was selected for the bespoke supply of furnishings of one of London’s most luxurious and exclusive residential buildings, 20 Grosvenor Square, situated in the heart
of Mayfair, a few steps away from Hyde Park and the likes of the Royal Academy of Arts and iconic Savile Row and Bond Street; it is considered London’s greenest square. The 37 luxury apartments range from three to five bedrooms and are serviced by Four Seasons Residences with amenities such as embassy grade security, concierge service, garden library, landscaped courtyard, 25 metre indoor pool, sauna, steam rooms, spa treatments suites, wellness space and 18-seater cinema.
The residences have been developed by Finchatton.
20 Grosvenor Square is one of the most important and prestigious supplies of furniture by LEMA UK and through its collaboration with Squire and Partners curated the design, manufacturing and installation of the boiseries, vanity sets, baseboards, architraves, wardrobes and doors, all custom made for the properties.
