ANDREA MANCUSO – ANALOGIA PROJECT

A designer with experience in projects ranging from product design to site-specific installations, Andrea Mancuso studied at La Sapienza University in Rome before moving to London. He spent five years in the British capital, working at the Nigel Coates studio. During his London years, Mancuso developed an experimental approach that would form the basis for Analogia Project, the studio he founded with Emilia Serra in Milan in 2012. The studio's concept is to take the everyday and turn it into something wonderful, working on the belief that the spaces and objects that surround us also represent us - our past and our memory, our history and culture. The studio's installations, products and interiors all share a strong narrative connotation, with each project seen as an opportunity to tell a new story. Analogia Project's works have been published worldwide and featured at the most important design fairs. Collaborations include clients such as Bulgari, Driade, Etro, Fendi, Hermes, Le Bon Marche, Nilufar Gallery, Slamp, Triennale Design Museum, Victoria & Albert Museum and many others. He has taught on the Master's in Interior Design programme at the NABA in Milan since 2017. He began collaborating with Lema in 2019, designing the Oculus mirror for the brand.
