Johan Lindstén was born in the heart of Möbelriket, the Swedish design capital, in 1981. He graduated in furniture design in Stockholm in 2008 and later opened his own studio, Johan Lindstén Form. He has collaborated with brands such as Cappellini, Johanson, RocheBobois, FontanaArte and Gärsnäs. He has won international recognition with his narrative approach, designing furniture, lamps, soundproof panels and limited edition pieces, some of which are on display in museums such as the Nordiska in Stockholm, the prestigious museum dedicated to the history and culture of Sweden. He designed the Notch poufs for Lema in 2015.
