In the heart of Monaco, located near the Place du Casino, the One Monte-Carlo district speaks Italian. An intervention that includes six residential buildings and a building for offices, commercial spaces and public pedestrian zones.

Lema has been selected by the well-known developer Londonewcastle for The Makers, a sleek residential development hidden by City Road between the vibrant and dynamic area of ​​Shoreditch and the financial district of the City of London.

After the turnkey project for the Isonzo Residence, curated in 2014, Lema continued by also furnishing the Castiglioni Residence, the 9-storey cylindrical tower – designed to cater to 300 residents – that stands out in the Milan Luigi Bocconi University campus designed by Studio SANAA by Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa.

Lema Contract is proud to be a supplier to Lincoln Square, a luxury residential development by Lodha Developers UK.

Lema Contract was chosen by the international architecture firm Broadway Malyan for the Fulham Reach project, prestigious residential real estate development of St. George in London, in the area of Hammersmith & Fulham.

Thanks to its technical know-how developed in modular custom-made systems, Lema was chosen as the manufacturer and supplier of wardrobes for Sovereign Court, a selection of contemporary urban-inspired apartments, penthouses and villas in one of London’s best-connected locations.

Lema Contract was chosen to produce all the bespoke wardrobes for two blocks of this prestigious development on the iconic Strand, overlooking St. Clement Danes Church and with views outstretching to the nearby River Thames.

Strengthened by a significant technical know-how, Lema was chosen for the supply of all the custom-built wardrobes designed by MSMR Architects and JRA Architects for Native Land for the 42 apartments of Burlington Gate, amongst London’s most exclusive residential and commercial developments.

Lema Contract oversaw the turnkey supply of wardrobes in the residential quarter Chelsea Creek, located a stone’s throw from the famous King’s Road and the elegant Sloane Square.
