Conceived as an experiential center of over 10,000 sqm, Nilaya Anthology celebrates the dialogue between Indian and international design through an immersive journey that combines craftsmanship, innovation, and creativity. Designed by architect Rooshad Shroff and curated by creative director Pavitra Rajaram, the hub serves as an authoritative showcase for globally minded design brands. In this cutting-edge context, Lema presents within the Showroom section a setup that reflects its design philosophy: balance between aesthetics and functionality, modularity and tailoring.

The interiors, characterized by warm and enveloping tones, tell a design story capable of engaging with the vibrant Indian cultural scene, while maintaining coherence with the sophisticated elegance of made in Italy. The modular Selecta and LT40 systems shape the living and storage areas with flexible and custom solutions. The Ventitré walk-in wardrobe, alongside Lema’s versatile made-to-measure wardrobe system, reinterprets the concept of order and aesthetic harmony in a contemporary key.

Every piece of furniture is the result of a creative dialogue with international designers, who enrich Lema’s identity with diverse and complementary languages. The sleeping area is defined by the light lines of the Lullaby bed by Ludovica + Roberto Palomba, while the dining area hosts the Bea armchair by Roberto Lazzeroni and the Gullwing table by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti. The Venice and Groovy sofas outline the spaces dedicated to relaxation, accompanied by the Maddix armchairs by Dainelli Studio and Alton by David Lopez Quincoces. With this new space in Mumbai, Lema renews its commitment to bringing Italian design culture to international contexts, helping to build connections between aesthetics, traditions, and new ways of living.
