Bai Lu: Chair with Oriental Inspirations

Typically Asian style, sinuous shapes, and comfort are the distinguishing features of the Bai Lu chair, which bears the refined signature of the Chinese architecture studio Neri & Hu.

Made of wood with a lacquered seat and backrest, or upholstered in leather or eco-leather, the Bailu chair stands out for its shapes that recall those of classic oriental seats. The round-section frame supports the curved surface, which creates a soft line for the seat and backrest.

Bai Lu Chair

Bai Lu by LEMA, design Neri&Hu, is inspired by Eastern perfection with a solid ash frame with a round section that supports the curved seat and backrest in matte lacquer or upholstered in leather or synthetic leather. The name, which means “white dew” in Chinese, evokes the stylistic grace and lightness of the design, crafted with artisanal care Made in Italy. The finishes include open-pore black lacquered ash, matte polyurethane, and soft coverings, combining comfort and contemporary elegance.
