Koala bookcase

Ludovica and Roberto Palomba

Reduced-scale architecture

A decorative and functional element at the same time, made of lacquered metal, with a rigorous and essential spirit. A container with plastic expressiveness that is defined by its light, almost graphic structure, to be placed vertically or horizontally, with open compartments designed to organize books, magazines, and accommodate small objects to leave on display.

Koala is conceived as a standalone design object to make use of a small space, or by freely combining several elements to create even large compositions that add movement to the walls. The quality of the lacquer and details such as the rounded end edges are a symbol of the brand’s design care.
