A living space conceived with an eco-sustainable vision, the result of an extensive design process that has produced a unique product: Soffio is a family of seating crafted from recycled and recyclable materials without compromising on design. A versatile furnishing piece, its plywood frame supports the soft cushions upholstered with fiber derived from recycled materials.

Within the extensive range of textile collections in the catalog, there are three new low-impact upholstery options, perfectly matching the conceptual and aesthetic characteristics of Soffio.
Armchair and sofa are designed to be easy to transport and simple to disassemble for proper disposal at the end of their lifecycle, in full respect of the environment.

Soffio

Soffio Sofa

Soffio is an eco-sustainable sofa designed by Norm Architects that combines classic design with environmental sustainability. The FSC® certified multi-layered wood frame with elastic polypropylene composite straps supports cushions made from bio-based RisOrsa polyurethane and MICROFLOCK®, a 70% recycled PET fiber certified by OEKO-TEX®. The seat cushions incorporate a layer with viscoelastic polyurethane chips, while the backrests and armrests use MICROFLOCK® covered in 100% cotton canvas. The fully removable covers make maintenance easy. Easily disassemblable for proper disposal, Soffio represents the pinnacle of Italian-made sustainability.

FSC® certified multi-layered wood with suspension ensured by elastic belts made of polypropylene composite. Supports in FSC® certified solid wood. Fastening hardware in carbon steel and zamak alloy.

Seat and backrest

Padding in high-density differentiated polyurethane foam.
For UK domestic market: in multifill FR recycled fire-retardant polyurethane foam.
ECO+ version: padding in RisOrsa polyurethane with bio-based carbon (OEKOTEX® ST 100). Mattress pad with MICROFLOCK® filling made of 70% recycled PET fiber and 30% viscoelastic polyurethane chips (OEKO-TEX® ST 100) covered in 100% cotton canvas.
