Lema is a partner of Circus West Village, the first residential development of the ambitious Battersea Power Station project that has completely redesigned the west side of London, overlooking the Thames.
Battersea Power Station - Phase 1
The complex, built with eco-sustainability criteria and designed by Simpson Haugh Architects, is located on the west side of the former coal-fired power station decommissioned in 1983 that also gave its name to the district. Circus West is a 17-story building 327 meters long characterized by the faceted glass facade with 753 residences including 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, townhouses, and penthouses as well as gardens and public areas for residents including offices, shops, bars, restaurants, and a riverside park.
Lema was involved in the design, production, and installation of 2300 custom cabinets for all the residences in the complex.
