Thanks to important technical know-how, Lema was chosen to supply all the custom cabinets designed by MSMR Architects and JRA Architects for Native Land for the 42 apartments of Burlington Gate, among the most exclusive residential and commercial complexes in London.

Besides the apartments, the complex includes art galleries and a public space, the Arcade which connects Old Burlington Street to Cork Street, the first to be built in Mayfair since the 1700s. A turnkey project, managed by Lema Contract which also supported the developer in the direct management of the construction site.
