The know-how developed over the years has allowed Lema to support the Collegiate team at every design stage, interpreting the client's ideas through a precise tailor-made service. From the feasibility analysis of the overall project, Lema worked hand in hand with Collegiate establishing methods, times, and costs, until completing their interventions, not only for furniture and accessories but also for structural setups.

The residence includes 695 rooms divided into seven different types: all feature a large bed, a built-in wardrobe, a kitchenette, as well as a dining area, a desk, and a private bathroom. Of these, about 495 rooms also have an internal kitchen, equipped with a hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher.

Lema was able to translate space needs into smart and innovative solutions, optimizing every centimeter: the environments are thus comfortable, fully usable, and carefully designed to prioritize the students' living well-being.

Lema provided all the furnishings for the common areas that residents can enjoy throughout the year: tables, chairs, and lamps for the study rooms, two large communal kitchens, one per floor, as well as all tables, chairs, bar counters, and lamps inside the rooms dedicated to dinners or parties, overlooking a large patio with a garden. Among other common areas, there is also a game room where students can entertain themselves playing ping-pong or foosball, as well as loungers by the indoor pool and gym equipment.
