LEMA was selected to supply custom furnishings for one of London’s most luxurious and exclusive residential buildings, 20 Grosvenor Square, located in the heart of Mayfair, just steps from Hyde Park and the prestigious Royal Academy of Arts as well as the iconic Savile Row and Bond Street; Grosvenor Square is considered the greenest square in London.

The 37 luxurious apartments range from three to five bedrooms and are managed by Four Seasons Residences with amenities such as security, concierge, formal gardens, a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, spa treatment suites, wellness space, and an 18-seat cinema. The residences were developed by Finchatton, one of the most important developers in England.

20 Grosvenor Square is one of the most important and prestigious furniture supplies by LEMA UK and through its collaboration with the architectural firm Squire and Partners, it handled the design, production, and installation of boiserie, vanity sets, baseboards, architraves, wardrobes, and doors, all custom-made for the apartments.
