The project, which has received numerous awards, includes over 137 luxury residences, including apartments and penthouses spread over two buildings, Fairfax and Hamilton House. Lema was involved in the design and supply of all the bespoke wardrobes for the complex along with a series of custom furniture elements for the penthouses of Fairfax House.

It also supplied and directly managed the installation of all kitchens – furniture, appliances, stone countertops – for all residences. At the beginning of 2021, LEMA designed and installed the kitchens and wardrobes for the final phase of Fulham Reach.

Specifically, in the three luxurious penthouses LEMA installed the kitchens; two of the penthouses have two kitchens while the third penthouse has a total of three kitchens including a coffee/bar area. LEMA also supplied bespoke wardrobes and walk-in closets. On the 8th floor of the complex in the “Cinema” area, LEMA supplied the Cinema bar, a bar/kitchen area with unique finishes.
