Lema Contract’s great ability to manage customized furnishing projects is confirmed in the supply carried out between 2013 and 2018 for the exclusive residences of the Kempinski Residences in St. Moritz, 25 long stay apartments ranging from 100 to 400 sqm within which Lema created a warm and luxuriously décontractée furnishing project inspired by the world of alpine chalets.

The apartments, each different, are characterized by fixed and movable furnishings created ad hoc by the Contract division working in synergy with the Home division: beds, sofas, bookcases, and desks are catalog pieces revisited in details, shapes, and finishes, giving life to exclusive solutions.
Even more complex are the works related to fixed furnishings such as wall coverings, lighting systems, doors, and fireplaces made of fabric, stone, and wood following precise philological schemes that combine exclusivity with material and design coherence.
