Lema Contract is a partner of Lincoln Square, a luxurious residential development by the developer Lodha Developers UK.
Lincoln Square
221 apartments over ten floors, from studios to four-bedroom penthouses, with views of the City and St. Paul’s Cathedral, overlooking Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London’s largest public square opened in 1895, which is said to have also inspired the design of Central Park in New York.
Among the most picturesque corners of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Courts of Justice, the London School of Economics, and the lively Covent Garden. Thanks to unique know-how in modular systems, Lema managed the supply of all custom wardrobes in the complex, an exclusive interior design project by the architectural firm Bowler James Brindley.
Custom wardrobes characterized by exclusive wood and leather finishes, crafted with specific openings to meet the technical requirements related to the apartments’ ventilation systems. Also designed and produced by Lema are all the furniture, wall paneling, and bathroom mirrors.
