Lema provided 450 custom wardrobes and custom furnishings for the 217 apartments of the iconic Neo Bankside complex, a project designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in the Southwark district of London, on the banks of the Thames.
Neo Bankside
Innovative residential project composed of four towers from 12 to 24 floors, developed on an irregular plot, overlooked by the Tate Modern by Herzog & de Meuron. The strongly iconic architecture showing the structural exoskeleton of the towers clearly refers to the industrial past of the area.
The burnished and red steel that recalls the nearby Blackfriars Bridge and the glass windows of the winter gardens in harmony with the Tate Modern project, reinterpret the local architectural heritage with contemporary codes of materials and colors.
