Como Via Diaz Vista 05

Palazzo Diaz

In the heart of the walled city of Como, Palazzo Diaz is reborn as an icon of balance between historical memory and contemporary design. A project by Contract District Group that restores life and charm to a prestigious building, reinterpreting its spaces with a current and refined language, where comfort and beauty coexist in harmony.

Como Via Diaz Vista 012

Lema collections dialogue with the architectural memory of the place, enhancing its beauty through fine materials and tailored details.

Como Diaz Int12 Rev01

In the sleeping area, the Victoriano bed with its enveloping headboard evokes the suggestion of the past, while the Vic nightstand, with its pure and material shapes, introduces a contemporary lightness. In the living area, the Bea armchair and the Yard system create dynamic and welcoming environments where aesthetics and functionality meet with natural balance. In another apartment, the Tarsia lounge chair expresses the excellence of Italian cabinetry, while the Jermyn sofa tells the timeless elegance of a sober and sophisticated design.

Como Diaz Int13 Rev01

With Palazzo Diaz, Lema once again celebrates its ability to reinterpret places and atmospheres through a design that unites tradition and modernity, memory and innovation. Every detail becomes part of a coherent narrative, where the culture of Italian craftsmanship translates into harmonious spaces, designed to last over time.
