Lema furnished the innovative apart-hotel The Central in the heart of Luxembourg, strategically located between the historic center and the train station. The new complex, inaugurated in June 2020, offers studios and one- or two-bedroom apartments with surfaces between 30 and 80 square meters, all with open-plan kitchens, developed in 3 types of layouts and different taste areas for finishes and colors to offer a personalized experience.
The Central Luxembourg City
With a clear contemporary imprint, the interior design project was curated by Architect Mauro Doro. Based on an evolved hospitality concept especially designed for business travelers, The Central offers the comfort of a home without the commitment of a residential apartment, making it an ideal solution also for long stay stays for expats in the city.
Exclusive partner of the project, thanks to the deep technical know-how, Lema supported the client and the design studio in every phase of development. A new turn-key supply for Lema Contract which created all the furniture of the 28 apartments in the complex to design, ensuring aesthetic and functional quality while meeting every budget requirement of the client. In addition to custom elements, Lema Contract exploited the synergy with the Casa division enriching the interior design project with numerous series pieces such as the Bice lounge chairs by Roberto Lazzeroni and the Sign side tables by Studio Koiros.
