Lema was chosen to furnish The Chilterns residences in Marylebone, an elegant area of the English capital, characterized by Georgian period architecture and high fashion boutiques, just steps from Selfridges, Baker Street, and Regents Park.
The Chilterns
A charming 7-story building, The Chilterns houses 44 apartments designed by the designer Rabih Hage who, for the facade design, was inspired by the famous 'Apple Boutique' inaugurated in 1968 by the Beatles in the same neighborhood. Lema supplied all fixed furnishings: doors, kitchens, TV wall units, walk-in closets, and wardrobes, designed and custom-made by Lema Contract.
A prestigious interior design project that reflects the diversity of London lifestyles in a luxurious and refined place, through six different thematic furnishing proposals: Timeless, The Collector, The Voyager, The Minimalist, Neo-Heritage, and Connoisseur, which Lema expertly interpreted thanks to the expertise of Lema Contract and the synergy with the Casa division.
