The Makers is an expression of contemporary living dedicated to openness and sharing, in tune with the spirit of the creative community that contributed to the neighborhood's success. The complex, composed of two buildings, including a tower that reaches twenty-eight floors, hosts 175 residences, from studios to one- to three-bedroom apartments as well as some duplex homes, with 42 layout variants.

Lema UK, leveraging the synergy between the Home and Contract divisions, signed a complete lifestyle project for the residential complex's show flat. For the first time on the British market, Lema offered new owners the possibility to purchase a complete furnishing package benefiting from the attentive custom design service.

Two furnishing proposals were designed for the different apartment layouts, characterized by a refined style. Thanks to the technical know-how consolidated over the years, Lema was also involved in the design and supply of all the custom wardrobes in the complex.
