Yael Mer and Shay Alkalay were born in Tel Aviv and studied at the Bezalel Art & Design Academy in Jerusalem before moving to London, where after graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2006, they founded Raw Edges Design Studio. Their works, which include self-produced limited editions and installations, are part of the permanent collections at MoMA in New York and other museums around the world. They have received important awards such as the British Council Talented Award, iF Gold Award, Dutch Design Award, Wallpaper* Design Award 2009, Elle Decoration International Design Award, Designer of the Future Award 2009 from Design Miami/Basel, and the Best Design Award 2012 from Architektur und Wohnen. Squire and Partners is an international architecture and design firm based in London, founded in 1976. With over forty years of experience, the firm is known for its narrative approach that combines craftsmanship and contemporary design, creating architectural projects, interior design, and custom products. Their work includes urban masterplans, public buildings, residences, offices, and commercial spaces, always characterized by a strong attention to context and timeless architecture. In 2023 the firm signed its first collaboration with LEMA.

Steve Leung is a renowned designer and architect from Hong Kong, celebrated for his contemporary style that combines Eastern harmony and modernity. Giuseppe Manente and Abramo Mion founded Studio Kairos in 1980, operating mainly in the fields of industrial design, interior architecture, and civil and industrial construction. Awarded the ADI Compasso d’Oro in 1984. From 2008 to 2013 they signed several projects for Lema.

Gabriele Rigamonti, Carla Scorda, and Vittorio Turla founded Studiocharlie in 2002. Together they design functional objects that are capable of surprising with their essentiality, revealing a profound design thought beyond the apparent formal simplicity. They were awarded for their projects in 2004 with the Honorable Mention at the XX Compasso d’Oro ADI and with the Compasso d’Oro ADI 2018. For Lema, they designed the Conchiglia sideboard in 2011.

After studying with Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake, in 2000 he opened his studio in Tokyo. He has designed projects for Issey Miyake and A-POC stores and the installation entitled Issey Miyake Making Things for the Cartier Foundation in Paris. He has received numerous awards and some of his creations are exhibited in the permanent collections of the most prestigious museums in the world: the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Vitra Design Museum, and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. For Lema, he designed the Mirage mirror in 2013.

Vittorio Prato is an Italian designer specializing in interior and product design, known for the harmony between classical elegance and contemporary details. With a background in architecture and a strong material sensitivity, Prato has collaborated with LEMA to create collections characterized by essential volumes, tactile surfaces, and refined finishes. His creations enhance fine materials such as solid wood, precious marbles, and satin metals, with modular and custom solutions that transform living rooms, bedrooms, and contract spaces into comfortable and refined luxury environments.

Ximi Li earned a Master's in Furniture Design from the Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design from the China Academy of Art. Before founding Ximi Li Design, he worked for the renowned designers Andrea Branzi and Luca Trazzi in Italy, developing a unique style aimed at exploring the synesthesia between Italian and Chinese culture. Since 2017, Ximi Li Design Studio has sought to explore the world's cultural elements, reflecting on their historical roots with the intent to communicate them through rigorous and creative design languages. The studio, based in Shanghai, is active in furniture design, interior design, and creative direction. In 2019, Ximi was named "Rising Talents China" by Maison & Object. In the same year, he was awarded as one of the outstanding "40 under 40" designers shaping Hong Kong and Greater China by Perspective Magazine and as one of the future leaders of the "Gen T 100" by Tatler. Since 2021, Ximi Li has been teaching creative design courses at the China Academy of Art.
