August, the table designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, is a nod to the “complex simplicity” of trestle tables. Born as sturdy work tools around the mid-1900s, over time they have found their place as design pieces within domestic settings. The top, available in different sizes and a variety of materials including marble and wood veneers, is made lighter by a thin thickness.
The supporting trestles, connected by a stretcher with a patinated bronze finish and a slightly curved wooden crossbar, reflect the aesthetic that inspires the table. The legs, available in glossy lacquered finish or ash stained thermo-treated oak, can be combined with the different tops, further expanding the possibilities for compositional customization of the furniture: glossy and matte elements create unique and personal visual combinations that change the appeal of the product and adapt it to multiple settings.
August by LEMA, designed by Roberto Lazzeroni, is a table that recalls the “complex simplicity” of trestle tables, with an elegant and functional design. The top, available in different sizes and materials such as marble, wood veneers, and stoneware, is thin and lightweight. The wooden trestles and the bronzed iron crossbar ensure stability and strength. The surfaces are protected by hard, scratch-resistant finishes, requiring only simple maintenance to preserve their appearance. The dimensions up to 300 cm in length, 115 cm in depth, and 73 cm in height reflect quality, sustainability, and the true Made in Italy by LEMA.
