Lema Contract oversaw the supply of wardrobes, bookcases and customised furnishings for the living areas and bathrooms of the prestigious Holland Park Villas development, setting a benchmark for quality in the super-prime central London residential development market.

Lema was involved in the development of Circus West Village, the first phase of the ambitious development at Battersea Power Station which has completely redesigned this area of West London, overlooking the Thames.

Lema, in collaboration with Upscale, furnished the apartments in the luxury complex ZLOTA 44 in Warsaw, one of Europe’s tallest residential skyscrapers

Lema has designed, supplied and installed all the night systems for the 64 apartments of the prestigious Holland Green development in London: 110 wardrobes and 40 walk-in closets, characterized by elegant interior in maple frisee and matt lacquered exterior with grooved handles.

Lema has been chosen to furnish the “The Chilterns” residences in Marylebone, a sophisticated area in England’s capital city, characterised by architectures dating back to Georgian times and by fashion boutiques, just a few steps away from Selfridges, Baker Street and Regents Park.

Lema has supplied all the custom-made wardrobes of the One Park residential development in Shanghai: no less than 1480 bespoke wardrobes for the 325 apartments.
