Lema Contract is proud to be a supplier to Lincoln Square, a luxury residential development by Lodha Developers UK. 221 apartments spread over ten floors, from studio to four-bedroom penthouses, with views overlooking The City, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London’s largest public square inaugurated in 1895, which is said to have also inspired the design of Central Park in New York. This area is amongst the most suggestive corners of the city, in the immediate vicinity to the Royal Courts of Justice, the London School of Economics and lively Covent Garden. Thanks to the unique know-how in modular systems, Lema oversaw the supply of all the custom-made wardrobes of the development, an exclusive interior design project signed by the architecture firm Bowler James Brindley. Custom-made wardrobes characterised by exclusive wood and leather finishes, made with specific openings to meet the technical needs related to the ventilation systems of the apartments. Following the design brief, Lema has also created all the vanity units, the boiserie and the mirrors for the bathrooms.
